Service Agreement

By using Classic Route Journeys services, you agree to these terms. Our guided tour services are provided subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

Bookings require a deposit and are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Full payment is due 30 days before departure. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive full refund minus processing fees.

Travel Requirements

Travelers must be able to participate in light walking and outdoor activities. Medical conditions or mobility limitations should be disclosed during booking to ensure appropriate accommodations.

Safety and Conduct

Guides have authority to remove travelers who endanger safety or disrupt the group experience. No refund will be provided for removal due to misconduct.

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour. We are not responsible for weather-related changes, third-party service failures, or personal injury except in cases of gross negligence.
